What bonus are we offering?
Insight Global offers referral bonuses to consultants who refer candidates for any of the following skillsets:
I referred a candidate who was hired, when do I get my bonus?
Bonuses are paid out once a referral has reached their 30 day employment mark with Insight Global. Bonuses will be paid out on the next payroll cycle following the referral's 30 day employment mark.
How much is the referral bonus?
Insight Global offers $800 per referral for the aforementioned skillsets. There is no cap on how many bonuses an employee may earn in any capacity.
Ex. John refers 5 nurses and all 5 are hired and employed through Insight Global. John will receive $4,000 in referral bonuses, paid out in $800 increments upon each referral's 30 day employment mark.
Who is eligible for bonuses?
Any consultant of Insight Global - hired permanent or contracted - is eligible for referral bonuses for the aforementioned skillsets. Referee must work through Insight Global in order to receive monetary bonuses through the agency.
